Coupon books are sent to each owner to use for paying monthly dues at the beginning of the fiscal year, which starts on June 1 of each year.
Due dates and late fees are explained on the coupons.
The funds are used to maintain the Reserve Account, cover the operations costs, pay for exterior and community common area maintenance, and other General Operating Costs.
It is the owner’s responsibility to update any change of address with Management Company to ensure proper receipt of assessment statements.

If you are a new owner, you will need to go to Castle Group Management office for your first registration and you will need to bring your closing documents.

Owners’ Assessments are billed monthly for all owners.
They are due each month on the first and are used to pay for Road Reserve, Security, Community Maintenance, and other General Operating Costs.

The Management Company can provide hard copies for the cost of reproduction, or email them to owners at no charge.
The Windemere Board of Directors meets as needed at the offices of Marsh Landing Management.
All residents are welcome to attend the Board meetings.

Please bring your new vehicle registration to the Castle Group Management office (Office hours are Monday – Friday 9-5) and a new bar code will be issued to you for $35.
They accept credit card or check only.
Also, please tell Castle Group Management which vehicle you are replacing so that the old bar code can be removed from the system.
