Tripp began his career in utility construction in 2000.

He has 20+ years' experience in project and construction management.

Throughout his career he's overseen the construction of millions of dollars in projects throughout the Southeast and Puerto Rico.

Tripp holds a CAM designation as well as certifications in safety and traffic monitoring from multiple groups.

Noelle first stared working in property management with multifamily housing in 2000.

Since joining Marsh Landing in 2018, Noelle has served as a property manager for homeowners' associations and their committees.

Francesca holds a bachelors degree and has been in property management since 2023.

Since obtaining her CAM license she has supported multiple committees in large, gated communities.

She is experienced with covenant enforcement, financials and communication.

Kristy offers over 27 years of experience in the property management industry and has handled all aspects of management and support for large and gated communities.

Elizabeth began working in homeowner's associations in 2018.

Since earning her CAM license, she has worked with both homeowner and condominium associations.

In addition to serving as property manager, Elizabeth provides accounts payable administration and estoppel support.

Caryn has been with Marsh Landing since 2006, bringing a wealth of experience to our team.

Her journey in property management began in 1994, focusing on multifamily housing.

Since earning her CAM license, Caryn has successfully managed condominium associations, including conversions, as well as large gated communities.

Hope began property management in multifamily housing in 2019.

Since earning her CAM license, she has supported committees for large, gated communities.

She has experience with access control, communications, financials, and covenant enforcement.

April holds a degree in Communications, is Fair Housing certified, and has over 15 years of Property Management experience.

Since earning her CAM license she has been managing large and gated communities.
