You may park automobiles on the street during the day but not overnight.

Please make sure you park with the flow of traffic, not against.

Overnight parking must be in your driveway or garage.

No recreational vehicles are permitted to park on the Street.  The ARB has additional information on the parking and storing of other types of vehicles.

Yes. They may not be placed out on the curb until 4pm the day prior to collection and must brought in the evening the trash was collected.

They must be stored either on the specified service pad or in your garage.

Natural wildlife animals can be reported to MLMC.

Nuisances with domesticated animals like dogs and cats may be reported to the City of Jacksonville Animal Control at 904-630-2489.

Yes, holiday decorations can be put up no earlier than November 15 and must be removed no later than January 15th.

There are no restrictions that are done by the resident.

There are vendor restrictions, which would include lawn service and pressure washers, which are Monday-Friday 7am to 7pm and Saturday 8am to 3pm., Sundays or Holidays.
