Tripp began his career in utility construction in 2000. He has 20+ years' experience in project and construction management. Throughout his career he's overseen the construction of millions of dollars in projects throughout the Southeast and Puerto Rico. Tripp holds a CAM designation as well as certifications in safety and traffic monitoring from multiple groups.

Noelle first stared working in property management with multifamily housing in 2000. Since joining Marsh Landing in 2018, Noelle has served as a property manager for homeowners' associations and their committees. Noelle is experienced with covenant enforcement and transitioning of management

Shelly earned her CAM license in 2023, and currently helps manage condominiums and large, gated communities. Her strengths include financial, covenant enforcement, proposal support. She enjoys providing excellent customer service.

Erin is the primary point of contact to the ARB department and prides herself on establishing close relationships with the boards she serves.
