Neighborhood Overview
Each of the 16 neighborhoods or communities (called a sub-association) is an independent homeowners association with its own governing documents. The various sub-associations appoint their own Boards and management companies to oversee neighborhood issues and enforce neighborhood rules. The sub-associations charge dues for maintenance of their common properties and administrative costs within their neighborhoods.
The Sawgrass Player’s Club Association website www.sawgrassplayersclub.org provides details for each subassociation under the Our Neighborhoods icon. To log in, you will need to register and have a user id and password. If you do not have a user ID and password, go to the home page, click on Login/Register and follow the instructions.
All subassociations are also a part of the Sawgrass Players Club Master Association, known as the Master Association or the “Association”.
