The annual homeowner’s assessments are billed semi annually, they are mailed in December and June with a due date of January 1st and July 1st. Payment is due within thirty days of receipt of your invoice. These funds are used to maintain the recreational facilities and common areas of the community.
The L’Atrium Board of Directors meets on the 3rd Wednesday of each month at 5:00 PM at the Marsh Landing Management Company Conference Room. All residents are welcome to attend the Board meetings. Your input concerning the community is always welcome.
Exterior modifications to your home or property require prior review and approval by the ARC. Applications should be submitted in advance to Marsh Landing Management by the first Friday of the month for the ARC meeting on the second Monday of every month at 4:00 PM at the Marsh Landing Management Company Conference Room.
