The community website is www.poajgcc.com where you will find information and news relevant to the community. Available on the web site are the POA Documents, Rules and Regulations for the community, Board and Committee members, and the ARC Guidelines, ARC application form, and the monthly calendar of events within the POA community. Also, the POA has a monthly newsletter, Common Link, which is delivered to your home free of charge.
The Board of Directors meets on the forth (4th) Tuesday of each month at 6:15 PM at the Clubhouse, just outside the gate. All residents are welcome to attend the Board meetings. Your input concerning the community is always welcome.
Exterior modifications to your home or property require prior review and approval by the Architectural Review Committee (ARC). Applications must be submitted in advance to Marsh Landing Management with the appropriate review fee and refundable performance deposit.
Please report any covenant violations or common area concerns to your Association Manager.
We hope you will enjoy your new home and your new community.
